The entire living area is enhanced with custom bark-accented doors, custom wood ceilings with crown molding and native twig railings. When there's a chill in the air, you will have no trouble relaxing by any one of the three interior floor-to-ceiling fireplaces throughout the house. The lodge welcomes you with three master suites (one on the main level and two on the lower level) designed with en-suite baths equipped with jacuzzi tubs and separate oversized showers. **Firewood available for purchase after booking. Please contact Carolina Cabin Rentals if interested. In addition, the lower level includes a family room and a children's play room (with a secret tunnel). The main level master bedroom features an electric fireplace and heated slate flooring in the master bath. The laundry room, a guest bedroom and half bath are on the other side of the main level. The kitchen (main level) is a “cook's dream” with high-end Wolf Appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a native wood top center island with second sink and a custom crescent-shaped breakfast bar. The kitchen opens to the dining area and great room. This home was built to entertain. Upstairs you'll find a large open game room loft with an inviting full custom bar and Rocky Mountain Log pool table. There is a guest bedroom and a guest bath on this level as well. Accommodations Summary: Main Level: - King suite w/ private in suite bath (sleeps 2) - Queen suite w/ private in suite bath (sleeps 2) Lower Level: - King suite w/ private in suite bath (sleeps 2) - King bedroom (shared bath) (sleeps 2) - Queen bedroom plus a twin bed (shared bath) (sleeps 3) - Large shared bath accessible privately from king and queen bedrooms; also accessible from sitting area - Two junior beds in children's cubbie (sleeps 2 small children) Upstairs: - Queen bed plus a twin bed (has suite bath with hall access, sleeps 3) Please Note: Overlook Estate is in a peaceful, private, gated neighborhood and is not suitable for parties that will be riding motorcycles. Please respect the full-time members of this community by being mindful and treating others as you would like to be treated. No loud noise allowed outside after 10PM. The maximum speed limit is 15mph due to children playing and people walking dogs, etc. Parking Maximum if 7 cars due to available space in driveway and garage. House Rules: - Must be at least 25yrs of age to book - Self Check-In with a unique door code or lockbox - Must Agree to Carolina Cabin Rentals Terms and Conditions (provided upon booking or request) - Strict Occupancy requirements - Minimum stays may apply and vary throughout the year - Commit to the dates before you book.
