The home was in a perfect location in a great neighborhood and was overall a comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, though, we had to change our accommodations for the second night we planned to stay instead of staying at this property. Upon our arrival we found the window in the kitchen open and unlocked. Later, we were sitting on the couch and moved a pillow to find a pile of crumbs and candy wrappers that had not been cleaned. There was no water pressure in the shower making it very difficult to shower. The bed had a very obvious slant to the middle making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Finally, during the night we heard what sounded like animals scratching and moving around above the bedroom ceiling.
We sent these concerns to the property manager, Evolve, 5 days ago as I'm posting this review. I have not received anything back from them.

Older, but well kept smaller home, perfect for a small groups (4 or less)/single families that want to reside in the Plaza Midwood area. Very quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery shopping. Furnishings (living area, bedrooms, patio) were good, and while there were some minor inconveniences (not all doors closed completely, very small bathroom sink), they were not a problem, since this was expected in an older home. The home is very close to our family in Charlotte and we will likely stay here again on future visits.

So happy with the home. Very disappointed with host. We called several times and texted several times. Martha never had the courtesy to respond. As much as I loved the home I am not sure I would stay again. Very unprofessional at the very least.

The only issue I had was the water pressure in the bathroom. I wanted the sink and shower to push out more water. The hot water took longer than expected to get hot. When the water finally got hot it was definitely super hot, which is okay for me.
Overall, I certainly enjoyed my stay. Great location! I wish I could’ve set up one more day actually.

It was so relaxing and clean! Very quiet neighborhood and tucked away for some peace. Still close to lots of little shops and eateries. Loved it, would definitely book again!

This was the perfect spot for me to land while visiting my family in NC! It’s conveniently close to shopping and restaurants, while still being tucked away enough to feel private and homey. I felt super comfortable there and would absolutely stay here again!

Overall our stay was good. Clean and well kept house. I would caution anyone with toddlers that this property is not “baby proof” but we just moved things out of reach until we left. It was an oversight of mine- however there is no bathtub either. The only complaint I’d have for the entire stay is that the main bed in the suite is quite uncomfortable- it sinks toward the middle. My husband ended up in the other room on a twin. The grass was also too long to spend any time outside, but we were visiting friends anyway so didn’t need to use.
