This is a great house in a fantastic location. We loved the multiple porch options for morning coffee, evening sunsets, and ocean breezes. The house is light, airy, and clean. The house has tall ceilings, nice finishes, and a very comfortable bed. While fairly close to the road it was extremely quiet. The walk to the beach was shorter than expected. We love Cape Side!

We stayed for a week mid-August and had an exceptional time. Location was unbeatable with walkable proximity to the beach and national park. The screened in porch was a very appreciated and useful space. Would absolutely re-book or recommend to others.

Patti-Sue has made this vacation spot very welcoming, comfortable and clean. A great location for biking and walking along a beautiful sand dune beach, only a 5 minute walk away. Lots of great spots to explore that are not too far. Booking and communication with Patti-Sue is easy and friendly with quick responses. Would highly recommend.

Capeside is a gem of a vacation property. The location to great beaches and delicious restaurants could not be better. We travelled with our 4 kids (6,8,10 and 12) and every detail from beach towels, toys, a wagon and boogie boards supplied by the host made the easily accessible beach that much better. The friendly foxes also captivated their attention!
This was our first time visiting PEI and thanks to Capeside and some incredible weather we fell in love. Thank you for making our experience memorable and very special.
