The location is fairly good (outside of the "hypercentre" of Bordeaux but perfectly well connected through the Bordeaux C tramway which is two blocks from the apartment).. One of the associated inconveniences is that a large avenue is not too far and some noise cannot be avoided, but there is no nearly activity on the street in front of the apartment.
For those in the know, it is even not too far from the "E.Leclerc - Les Chartrons' supermarket which has probably the best wine cellar in all the region.
That being said, the flat is very clean, very nicely setup with all amenities (including cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, Ethernet connection, shower), all in perfect condition. The little garden is a pro (in Summer), the closed car park (6€/night) is not needed if you find a place in the street but a nice addition.
