Stunning property! Was fortunate to spend a nice stretch of our vacation here. The view is breathtaking. Property is very clean and well maintained, and as pictured on VRBO site. On-site staff was extremely helpful during our stay, always smiling and eager to help. Similarly, the owner was easily contacted and responsive when we needed assistance. I was a bit worried that being located next to restaurant and pool it might be noisy. It was not noisy in the least, and being able to eat at the restaurant just a few steps away was awesome. This is a great property run by great people. Just book it!

So clean, interior even nicer than pictures. The view is gorgeous. I think this unit is the best location on the entire property, tucked away yet steps to the pool and restaurant and the beach. Black sand beach is unique and pretty. Food and drinks, like most reviews indicate was fantastic and we ended up not cooking at all! The office staff and all service staff so friendly, fun and accommodating. Father Roosters very good and fun restaurant too. Owner communication excellent. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great vacation. Everything was perfect, location, The home, the grounds, the resort… We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for spring break. Everything is perfect. Casar and Abi were so helpful before we got there, helping us schedule transportation and excursions. The Villa is amazing and the view from the deck is breathtaking. We had coffee on the patio every morning enjoying the view. The staff at the restaurant are so nice and service is great. We took the mixology class one afternoon with Mauricio (spelling?) he was a great mixologist and the class was a blast! It’s located about 10 min from Playa del Coco, we drove into town a couple afternoons and also for dinner. I would definitely recommend this place and Villa, you won’t be disappointed.

From the get go the villa owner and the resort management made the process simple and helpful. The villa right on the beach,, steps to private quaint beach and resort pool and restaurant. Must drive to get anywhere else but like the other reviews say, Coco beach (larger but no overly populated) is 3 miles away. You can certainly walk or bike, the locals do, just be warned it’s basically Marshall law ;) This only adds to the experiment though! We have been all over the world and this was one of our top vacations by far! Definitely a 10!

We loved our stay in Bahia Pez Vela. Al the owner and the staff in the front office were extremely helpful in helping us coordinate transfers to/from the property and the airport and arranging excursions for us. The condo itself is perfectly located within steps of the ocean and pool. The restaurant next door has incredible food and everyone was so friendly. Cannot say enough about this place. We will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly beach vacation.

Family vacation over Christmas with 4 adult children. Everything about the Villa was perfect: property, unit, amenities. We LOVED it. I literally cannot think of what would have made it better. Although within a 'resort' we felt we had ample privacy due to the orientation of the villa. Due to the topography of the bay, the beach was basically a private one. Just fantastic all way around. Would return and would highly recommend to others.

What a wonderful location and a beautiful villa steps to the ocean or pool and also next door to the restaurant and bar. However you may want to rent a car or golf cart to get into playa Coco that's where all the shopping and nightlife is at. Overall an outstanding vacation!

This place exceeded all expectations! From waking up to the waves and sounds of the wildlife, to the gorgeous black sand beach, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect villa for our family vacation. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. Villa 10 specifically is steps from the beach, pools and restaurant! The location is prime! Coco Beach has a beautiful beach, excellent restaurants and bars and is only 10 minutes away! We WILL be back again soon. Thank you for sharing your villa with our family! It truly is paradise!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Paradise. This was our 2nd stay in Bahia Pez Vela, but our first in unit #10. We loved the location relative to the beach and restaurant. Everything was as stated in the description and we’ll definitely be back!
